To do so, Offipedia is freely accessible and can be read by anyone, no registration or login is required.
Publication on Offipedia is also free of charge for manufacturers and suppliers of products and services for office and learning environments. This not only allows a levelled playing field but is also a guarantee of more complete and reliable information for users of the Offipedia platform.

Wikipedia exists as well, what is the added value?
Unlike Wikipedia, Offipedia focuses exclusively on topics for its target audience, people who work or will work in the office or are facilitating it. Another difference is that Offipedia is moderated to ensure objectivity and quality. Additionally, on Offipedia there is the possibility of adding video clips to topics.

Who runs Offipedia?
The management and implementation was transferred to the Offiano Foundation when Offipedia was established.

• texts: can be submitted as Word or PDF files, with possible references to the corresponding images
• images: not enclosed in document(s), preferably as jpg file, suitable for display on website
